Da Road Trip

On March 18th 2013 we set out on a 5 month journey of a lifetime. We'll be heading west down famous Route 66 from St. Louis, MO to CA. We will travel thru OR, WA, ID,UT, WY, MT & SD. Visiting National Parks along the way. We will then travel home to Louisiana. This blog will document our day to day experiences & keep us in contact with family & friends. Love And Peace Maaannn

Hi Everyone:

The wearther conditions were not much better than yesterday but Barb & I decided to go out anyway. We visited the Oklahoma Route 66 Museum in Clinton, OK. There are a lot of great artifacts and information about the "Mother Road" here. This VW Love Van is one of those items at the museum.

Tomorrow we hit the road for Amarillo, TX.
