The Real "Tow Mater"

This is the original tow truck that Disney Pixar used as the inspiration for the Character of "Tow Mater" in the "Cars" movie. It is parked at a soon to be completely restored Kan-O-Tex gas station in Galena Kansas. Disney also used an old fire truck, several building mural paintings, several buildings and several people in Galena as other inspirations in "Cars".
